Call Center Services -  Financial Services Client

Executed in support of a B2B automation effort for Call Center Services LLC, this campaign was designed to encourage non-engaged users to take advantage of highly relevant offers, amid COVID-19, through the value added partnership between Call Center Services and RingCentral.

 MailChimp, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Creative Suite.

Tasks Executed 

Initial strategy meeting, Creative meeting, Content creation, Template creation, Testing, UTM tracking, Optimizing Landing Experience, Testing for Responsive Design, AB Testing time of day, subject lines, and copy formatting. 

Goal

To capture qualified leads via identified user engagement, and funnel to sales execution team.

Wyndham Vacation Rentals

 The above sample was executed in support of a B2C automation effort for Wyndham Vacation Rentals. I helped support scheduled, triggered, and automated emails for this Fortune 500 Company. This particular automation series was triggered immediately after a guest who previously booked through a third party departed from their vacation rental.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud, InMotion, Optimizely, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Journey Builder, Moz, Box, Adobe Creative Suite. 

Tasks Executed

 Creative Brief Assembly, Creative Review Execution, HTML Review Execution, Journey Builder and Contact Builder Strategy, Email Copy Creation, Journey Copy Creation, Basic SQL to join relational data models, Using basic AMP Script for personalization. 

Goal

To increase revenue generated by the email channel via promotion and journey campaigns.

 The above report was executed in support of a B2B PPC and Email efforts for a New York based Marketing Agency. I produced weekly reports using GDS to pull in data sources (Pardot, Double Click, and Google Analytics). The goal was to provide relevant performance data so that the client could  make informed decisions about spend, budget, flight dates, better performing assets, and areas of opportunity.

Wyndham Vacation Rentals

 This particular send was one of twenty per month wherein our main objective was to drive awareness and transactions for vacation rentals in the Mountain Collection Market. Working on multiple efforts for Wyndham, this was a seasonal effort that required strategy, execution, and synchronicity. My direct involvement with this campaign was strategy based with implementation and auditing the user experience (which included landing page optimization and testing).

 This project involved digital strategy, cross-channel marketing tactics, and social media marketing via Facebook and Instagram. I produced and started with a content calendar, and then slowly built out some of the assets with the help of my design and content teams. I integrated email automation flows and SMS campaigns to maximize the reach of this effort. This was a lead generation Giveaway of a 3-night vacation. We saw great success in a very short window.
